easyFlow M

easyFlow M - Bayer Crop Science

About easyFlow M

The easyFlow M can be installed as either directly fitted on the sprayer unit- mounts next to the sprayer tank, at working height for easy handling on large sprayers - or as an externally connected – free standing - unit next to the sprayer on a transport rack.

It connects to the suction line, induction bowl or any induction system.

Transfer of the entire container or exact measuring and dosing, from a minimum amount of 60ml.

easyFlow M allows for quick and efficient rinsing of containers and the measuring device, even after partial emptying of cans.

It can be easily retrofitted to sprayers, either free standing or attached to the side.

The clean and transparent measuring cylinder is inexpensive to replace.

All 5-15L cans with the industry standard 63mm opening will fit the easyFlow adaptors.

How to operate the easyFlow M

Why you should use easyFlow

Regulatory developments and why there is a need for closed transfer systems.

Since the change of the active substance and product approval system under EU Regulation 1107/2009 it has become more difficult to register products.

Part of this is due to the introduction of hazard criteria. This looks at the inherit risk of the active substance without fully taking into account how it is used. For example filling a car full of flammable fuel has a high level of risk and can be dangerous, but we are able to take measures to mitigate the danger making it safe to travel on top of it.

All new products and active substances must go through this registration process under EU Regulation 1107/2009, as well as old products which are coming up for renewal. Built into this regulation are options to amend the method of use of products so that exposure levels are reduced, such as low drift technology. This could mean old products may be subject to new use criteria, such as new buffer zone restrictions or the use of closed transfer systems, like easyFlow M.

These new measures help demonstrate and ensure a safer environment for Plant Protection Products use in the future.

Closed Transfer Systems

easyFlow closed transfer systems allow for negligible operator exposure in the transfer of Plant Protection Products to sprayers.

easyFlow gives no spill connections with the highest standards of user and environmental safety.

Continuously adjustable flow rates enable exact transfer of Plant Protection Products.

There is an industry standard neck width of 63mm for all 5 to 15L pesticide canisters, meaning easyFlow adaptors will fit onto all the cans in your shed.

Rinsing nozzles are incorporated in the container adaptor enabling thorough cleaning of the system and cans.

The adaptors automatically cut and push back the aluminium seal on a can, so no need to contaminate and fiddle with a knife for seal breaking.
