Highlights at the site include
- Variety plots. 41 wheat varieties and 3 blends from the current RL list and RL candidates.
- Fungicide Developments. Trials looking at current and future chemistries particularly Bayer’s new SDHI fungicide iblon.
- Variety Management. Extase and Dawsum blocks to look at whether different fungicide programmes change Septoria resistance levels.
- Herbicide Developments. Discuss all grass-weed issues with the Bayer team, from cultural control through to herbicide programmes and get the latest updates on our grass-weed resistance projects with NIAB.
- Bayer Digital Solutions. The team will be available to answer questions on Climate FieldView, our PreDiMa project and Bayer’s Ag4Climate carbon initiative.
