Terms and Conditions for Bayer's Field Days Prize Draw

Promoter: Bayer CropScience Limited, 200 Cambridge Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge CB4 0GZ
Prize draw: The Promoter will be drawing 1 YETI Coolbox across the 4 Field Day sites and 10 rain gauges for each site. There will be no cash alternative.
1.1 Eligibility criteria:
1.2 The prize draw is open to individuals who work in the agricultural industry (for example farmers, farm managers, growers, agronomists, sprayers) who are resident in England, Wales or Scotland and aged 18 years or over except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
1.3 To enter, the individual must follow the instructions stated on the registration form and opt-in
1.4 The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary
1.5 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
1.6 Except as permitted under these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, have been altered, forged or tampered with or which contain incomplete information.
2. How to enter
2.1 The prize draw will run from 8 May 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 31 July 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 16:00 on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after 16:00 on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
2.2 To enter, entrants must agree to opt-in to the prize draw when registering at one of our demo events or a private tour during the inclusive period.
2.3 By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Prize draws and winners
3.1 All winners will be selected at random from all entries from eligible entrants. The prize will be dispatched within 21 days of the winner confirming their delivery address.
3.2 Only one winner will be selected for the YETI coolbox and 10 from each site will be selected to receive a rain gauge from all the valid entries received during the promotion period.
3.3 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable, via email. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within [14] days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
3.4 By entering the prize draw, participants agree that Bayer may publish the winner's first name only on it's social media channels.
4. Data protection and publicity
4.1 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the first name and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails ukcropsupport@bayer.com or writes to Bayer Crop Science, 200 Science Park, Cambridge, CB4 0GZ, United Kingdom (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition. If you object to any or all of your first name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter ukcropsupport@bayer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy statement.
4.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.3 The decision of Bayer CropScience Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
4.4 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
4.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.
4.6 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
