In the following, we explain the purpose(s) of processing, as well as related to each purpose, the categories of personal data, the legal basis, the retention period.
The purpose for the processing of your personal data is to administer the Prize Draw or Competition you have entered.
The legal basis for the processing of your data for the aforementioned purpose is your consent, Article 6 (1) (a) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”). You hereby consent to this processing. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. If you do not provide your personal data, you will not be able to enter the prize draw or competition.
We will store your personal data as long as necessary for the administration of the prize draw or competition, but for no longer than 6 months after the prize draw or competition end date.
Recipients of personal data
Commissioned processing
For the processing of your personal data may to some extent use specialised service contractors that process your data on our behalf (e.g. for IT-Support or cloud services).
Such service contractors are carefully selected and regularly monitored by us. Based on respective data processing agreements, they will only process personal data in accordance with our instructions.
Affiliates
We may share your personal data with our affiliates from the Bayer Group, where necessary for the purposes described above.
