Terms and Conditions
By entering into this prize draw all entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The promoter is Bayer CropScience Limited, 230 Cambridge Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WB (“Bayer”). Entry into the prize draw is free, open to individuals over 18, resident in the UK, who work in the agricultural industry (for example farmers, farm managers, growers, agronomists, sprayers), except for employees of Bayer, or its holding or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. In order to enter, you will need to actively select the box to be entered and then update your email preferences. If you unsubscribe from all emails we will not be able to enter you into the prize draw. All entries must be made by midnight on 30th November 2017.
There are 30 Connoisseur's Traditional Hampers to be won of an approximate value of £80. The prize will only be delivered to a UK address.
The prize draw will take place within 21 days of the closing date. The winner will be the first 30 people selected at random from all eligible entrants. Where the winner chooses not to accept the prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize. No cash alternative is available. Bayer is not responsible for lost or delayed entries, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, and computer hardware or software failure of any kind. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 28 days of the event. In the event of a winner being unavailable within 30 days of notification, Bayer will re-draw from the remaining entries. Bayer’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used by Bayer or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw and for internal reporting purposes of Bayer.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.
