Multiple entries per person are allowed.

There will be two draws and one prize will be awarded per draw. For Draw 1 entries must be made between 7 February 2020 at 09:00 BST and 22 March 2020 at 23:59 BST. For Draw 2 entries must be made between 7 February 2020 at 09:00 BST and 12 April 2020 at 23:59 BST.

To enter, entrants have to post a photograph or video of their most pleasing field taken between the entry and closing dates on either Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, together with a comment, and the hashtag #CropDoctor, or email it to mike.abram@bayer.com. Posts can also tag @LetsTalkCrops on Twitter or Facebook. By submitting a picture with these criteria, the entrants agree to be bound by these terms.

The prize for Draw 1 is a place on the T1 Crop Doctor helicopter tour visiting three farm / trial locations in England on 31 March 2020. The winner will also be entitled to a night’s accommodation and dinner at Langar Hall on 30 March 2020.

The prize for Draw 2 is a place on the T2 Crop Doctor helicopter tour visiting three farm / trial locations in England on 21 April 2020. The winner will also be entitled to a night’s accommodation and dinner at Langar Hall on 20 April 2020.

Neither prize includes travel to/from Langar Hall. The winners will be responsible for making their own arrangements.

The winners will be chosen by a judging panel from the eligible entrants for each draw and will be notified via the social media channel used for the entry within 48 hours of the relevant draw closing date, or via email. Where a winner chooses not to accept the prize, they forfeit any and all claims to it. No cash alternative is available. Bayer is not responsible for lost, delayed or illegible entries, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, and computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Bayer’s decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Bayer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Insofar as is permitted by law, Bayer or its agents will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate either winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where this is cause by the negligence of Bayer or its agents or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Bayer’s privacy statement.  If you are a winner, Bayer may be required to provide your name to comply with Committees of Advertising Practice Codes, but will seek your consent prior to doing so.
