Chrysanthemum segetum

Importance

Common in spring cereals and potatoes. Likes damp climates, acid or lime free soils.

1. The cotyledons are rounded, hairless and fleshy, oval in shape without stalks.

2. True leaves are long, narrow, lobed and fleshy. Leaves are glossy and blue/green in colour with a waxy appearance.
